TRANSFORMERS CHARACTER CARDS

What are cards?

In TRANSFORMERS Legends, you must create a Team by combining two kinds of cards – TRANSFORMERS character cards and weapon cards.

What are TRANSFORMERS character cards?

The Robot Mode and Alt Mode of each character used in battle are called TRANSFORMERS character cards. These can be combined with weapon cards.

What are weapon cards?

When combined with TRANSFORMERS character cards, these weapons provide bonuses and increased power.

What are Units?

A Unit is made up of one TRANSFORMERS character card and a weapon card. In TRANSFORMERS Legends you need to create Units to do battle with other players.

Where can I see my cards?

Select TEAM in the Main Menu to browse your TRANSFORMERS character and weapons cards.

TRANSFORMERS Character Card Bonuses

TRANSFORMERS character cards have two bonuses available. When the card reaches its Max-Level a bonus is activated. When the Robot Mode and Alt Mode are trans-scanned then the “Trans-Scan Bonus” is activated.

Card Attributes

Weapon cards boost the strength of TRANSFORMERS character cards when combined in a Unit.

Weapon cards also have:

These are unique to weapon cards.

Weapon Card Abilities

Weapon cards that have abilities are used periodically during battle. There are two types of abilities.

An Initial Ability executes at the start of battle. A Battle Ability executes in any round after the start of battle.

For example, a weapon card with the Double Attack Battle Ability allows your forces to attack twice in one turn.

Weapon Card Skills

Weapon cards with skills will boost the attributes of the TRANSFORMERS character card if the requirements are met. There are 4 requirements:

UPGRADE YOUR CARDS

What is upgrading?

You can combine cards or use Transmetal Units to upgrade your cards and make them more powerful.

What is the Upgrade Process?

  1. Select a card to be the "base" card. This is the card whose stats will improve.
  2. Select Cards or Transmetal Units to use as the upgrade materials
  3. Select a card to be a material card. You can select multiple material cards at once. If you are using Transmetal Units to upgrade cards, select the amount of Transmetal Units you wish to use.
  4. You can also tap the Select on Page button to automatically choose all rarity 1 or 2 cards.

Upgrading also requires Credits in addition to the cards or Transmetal Units.
Upgrading consumes all material cards and Transmetal Units. Only the base card will remain. The process cannot be reversed, so choose your cards with care.

TRANS-SCAN

What is Trans-Scan?

Trans-Scan is when you combine the Robot Mode and Alt Mode of a character. The result is a stronger card that can change modes and gives a large bonus during Battle.

How do I get a bigger bonus when Trans-Scanning?

If you upgrade both the Robot Mode and the Alt Mode to Max Level before performing the trans-scan, you will get the largest stat increase.

Why Trans-Scan?

Your card's base stats will increase and you will receive a bonus during combat.

SELLING CARDS

How do I sell cards?

You can sell cards for Credits by navigating to the Base list and tapping the Sell button.
While viewing cards, you can tap the Select on Page button to automatically choose all rarity 1 or 2 cards.
Once a card is sold you cannot get it back, so take care when selling your cards.

STORING CARDS

What is the Base?

You need to store each card you want to keep.
There is a limit to the number of cards you can have in your Base.
You can have up to 200 TRANSFORMERS character cards and 100 weapon cards.
You will not be able to acquire more cards once your base is full and you will be required to sell, upgrade or Trans-Scan to free up space in your base.

What are the consequences of a full base?

If you acquire more cards than you have space for in your Base, you cannot continue to engage in any actions that would give you more cards. You will not be able to scan missions or accept gifts. Neither will you be able to open any of the free, medal, ally points space bridge and battle point space bridges. If you open a premium space bridge using Mobacoins, any cards that will not fit in your base will be placed in your gifts until you have freed up space in your base. Under no circumstances will you lose cards.

How can I stay organized?

It's good to always keep a few slots open in your base for new cards. If you frequently free up space by upgrading, trans-scanning or by selling cards you not only make sure your base is tidy and your deck up to par, you will also never be blocked by having a full base.

What are Rewards?

Occasionally you'll receive Rewards while playing the game. You can accept any uncollected Rewards from the Main Menu.

There is no time limit on Rewards.
